"Dear Mrs. Chavez, I would like to take this time to thank you and all your employees for all the kindness, love and care you gave to My Mom. I knew from the first phone call to Carrie and the first visit with Vanessa and then Nelia's smile on the second visit that we were at the right place. Anytime I needed any guidance Sandra was always there answering all my questions, thank you.

Every nurse, aide, maintenance and cafeteria person was wonderful to her. We had the pleasure of knowing most everyone there and I don't believe I have known a better group of people. The dedication, professionalism, love and kindness they showed continuously was always above and beyond. I wish I could mention everyone by name, but I don't want to leave a name out by accident. Just know that my mom thought the world of each of you, even in the short time she was there.

Chris, Tammy, and Cindy thank you also for all your patience trying to get Mom back on her feet. Tammy, every time you talked food service to her it brought the biggest smile to her face, thank you.

I miss my Mom terribly, but all of you made everything so much easier. I miss you guys and even some of the other residents I got to know so maybe someday I'll stop by. Thank you once again."
